Our Personal Resilience Training is delivered over 5 sessions each lasting approximately 2 hours. This session will be a fun, interactive taster session where Elizabeth will take participants on journey of self-discovery where simple changes in language and mindsets can have a dramatic difference on physical outcomes.
The session is MORE than just simple word-play, it’s a total paradigm shift in a person’s beliefs using language and leads into the resilience training.
