Why have a Breakthrough?

Are you being held back by limiting beliefs? Do you have low self-confidence? Are there barriers holding you back? Do you feel that you have negative emotions or old memories holding you back? Perhaps you feel that you feel that your brain or computer needs its ‘hardrive cleansing’. Breakthroughs are the perfect way of dumping all that junk. To have a big spring clean and declutter of your mind. It time dedicated just to you, it is an investment in yourself and your future happiness. Gym memberships, meals out, shopping, holidays bring us happiness, however it is short lived. The big difference with Breakthrough sessions is that you will gain the tools and techniques that you need to change your life, which you can use again and again

Breakthrough’ is a metaphor used to best describe a 1:1 intervention which literally breaks through all your barriers, blockages, limits and negativity and helps you to take control, feel fully focused on what you want, and more importantly feel amazing. 

This is the gold standard and like a complete clear out.  There is no other intervention out there. It is a fast, effective and powerful way to enhance you ready to step out into your life.  The changes are evident immediately and can make long-lasting changes in a very rapid way.

How Do we do Breakthrough sessions?

A breakthrough session involves 10 – 12 hours of individually tailored intensive NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapies over the course of two days. This is a very powerful and effective level of therapy which requires total commitment from the client and therapist. It deals with issues at their deepest unconscious level and breaks through any barriers that have been holding that person back from truly living their life. After a thorough “clear out” we work together to set compelling goals for your new future.

We set achievable outcomes or Goals for your future. We review your values and beliefs and align them with your Goals. We will elicit any limiting decision or beliefs that you may have about yourself.  We use Time Line Therapy to get rid of any unwanted or negative emotions and place your Goal in your future Time Line. We will also use Hypnosis for deep relaxation.

After you Breakthrough session, you will have my support for a further 3 months. This will include hourly appointments every two weeks via telephone or Skype or if necessary, a face to face appointment can be arranged. You can also email me at any time during this period to discuss your progress or if you require my support.
